Stella’s Ice Cream is a small batch, handmade ice cream company that started in Nampa, Idaho! We take pride that our shop and our ice cream are a reflection of the local community. All of our ice cream is handmade with love in our own kitchen.

The Shop Manager will be the heartbeat of our company. We are looking for a leader who wants to bring our company values and culture to life by serving their team and our community. The Shop Manager will always listen and learn from their team and our customers to make Stella’s Ice Cream the best place to work, partner with and visit. Our team is only as strong as those who are leading them! This is a fast-paced & high volume service environment where the Shop Manager is expected to create a strong culture of hospitality by leading the shift on the floor during peak times.
Stella’s Ice Cream shift leaders are responsible for delivering on our promise to be a welcoming community-gathering place. This role is responsible for leading the team in delivering great service, consistent scoops, and good vibes during every shift. Shift leaders function as the “manager on duty” and are responsible for all business execution during their shift including cash handling, cleanliness, playing fun upbeat music, keeping team morale high, and delighting our customers.
Scoopers are smart, hard-working, super-duper friendly people. On an average day, our scoopers will be grooving to the beat of the music while scooping up delicious gobs of salted caramel and cookie dough to kids, friends & families.
Stella’s scoopers are responsible for delivering on our promise to create a welcoming community-gathering place. This role is responsible for providing great service, consistent scoops, and good vibes during every shift. They ring up customers, keep the shop clean, choose fun upbeat music, and (most importantly) provide impeccable customer service.
