This cart can be set up as a self-serve station featuring your choice of pre-packaged scoops, push pops, or ice cream sandwiches—ideal for easy, mess-free enjoyment. It’s designed to serve up to 200 guests, and you can select up to four delicious flavors to offer your crowd.

To reserve your date, a non-refundable cart rental fee is required. Once booked, we’ll follow up via email to confirm all the details of your event and provide an invoice for your selected servings and sizes.

Please note: Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will forfeit the cart rental fee.

The Patio Cooler is a laid-back, charming way to serve Stella’s at your next event—perfect for casual gatherings like backyard parties, corporate picnics, birthdays, or block parties. With its clean, classic design, it blends seamlessly into any setting while keeping your treats cool and ready to enjoy.

This cooler is a self-serve station stocked with your choice of pre-packaged scoops, push pops, or ice cream sandwiches—making it easy, fun, and totally mess-free. It can serve up to 50 guests, and you can choose up to four flavors to include.

Pricing:
Cooler Rental: $50 per day (24 Hour Rental)
Servings: Priced per item based on your selected treat style

Whether it’s a wedding weekend, company picnic, outdoor party, or casual celebration, this cooler keeps your treats perfectly frozen and easy to grab—all with that clean, modern look YETI is known for.

This setup is fully self-serve, stocked with your choice of pre-packaged scoops, push pops, or ice cream sandwiches—making it convenient, no-fuss, and perfect for groups on the go. It can serve up to 50 guests, and you may choose up to four flavors to offer.

To reserve your date, a non-refundable cooler rental fee is required. Once booked, we’ll follow up via email to confirm your event details and provide an invoice for the number of servings based on your selections.

Ice Cream Crocks

The Ice Cream Crock is a fun, hands-on way to serve Stella’s at your next event—perfect for parties, company gatherings, school events, or any occasion where you want that classic, scoop-it-yourself experience. It’s nostalgic, interactive, and a cost-effective option for serving a crowd.

Our crocks are designed to keep ice cream frozen for up to 4 hours without the need for electricity. Each crock holds a 3-gallon bucket, offering 40–50 scoops of your chosen flavor. You can rent multiple crocks to offer a variety, but each crock holds one flavor only.

This is a self-serve station that brings the charm of a scoop shop straight to your guests—simple, fun, and memorable.

To reserve your date, a non-refundable crock rental fee is required. Once booked, we’ll email you to confirm the details of your event and send an invoice based on the number of crocks and servings you select.

Please note: Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will forfeit the rental fee.

Cart Rental Details:

  • $25 rental fee per crock includes crock, and an ice cream scoop (must be returned within 24 hours of the event)
  • 3 gallon bucket of ice cream (40-50 scoops): $100 per bucket or $120 per non-dairy bucket
  • 50 single scoop cups, 50 spoons, and an ice cream scoop (to be returned with the crock)
  • Minimum order of one 3 gallon bucket, serves 40-50 scoops

The White Cart

Small but mighty, the White Cart is the perfect add-on for intimate gatherings and special occasions.
This is our only pre-scooped, self-serve cart, designed for easy distribution on your schedule. We’ll pre-package your selected ice cream flavors into lidded 5 oz cups, chill them in the cart, and deliver it to your event—no staffing required from Stella’s.

Ideal for birthday parties, baby or bridal showers, small company events, or any casual get-together, the White Cart can serve up to 200 pre-packed cups. You may choose up to 4 flavors for a personalized experience your guests will love.

To reserve your date, a non-refundable cart rental fee is required. After booking, we’ll follow up via email to confirm your event details and send an invoice for your selected servings.

All servings must be paid for in advance. Any leftovers are yours to keep, so nothing goes to waste!

The Pink Cart

With its adorable aesthetic and eye-catching design, this cart is perfect for family reunions, school events, company parties, or any celebration that calls for fun and flavor. It can serve approximately 250–300 guests and includes your choice of up to 5 ice cream flavors.

This rental includes full service—Stella’s will handle cart setup, delivery, teardown, and a friendly team member to serve your guests throughout the event.

Note: While we aim to deliver the Pink Cart as reserved, we may occasionally substitute a larger cart or truck for logistical reasons. You will be notified in advance, and your reservation will never be downgraded.

Your rental includes full service: cart setup, delivery, teardown, and a friendly Stella’s team member to serve your guests throughout the event.

Minimum Event Total: $300 (cart rental + ice cream)

Note: Occasionally, for convenience, we may bring a larger cart or truck to your event. We will notify you in advance—your reservation will never be downgraded.

The Black Cart is our premier wedding and event cart, featuring a minimalist black exterior designed to blend seamlessly into any elegant setting. Its understated style adds a touch of sophistication, making it an ideal choice for weddings, galas, nonprofit events, and upscale receptions.

This cart can serve up to 350 guests and accommodates up to 8 flavors, allowing you to customize your selection to suit your event perfectly.

Your rental includes setup (which can be arranged ahead of your event start time), delivery, teardown, and a professional server to ensure smooth, attentive service for your guests.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
To secure your date, a non-refundable cart rental fee is required. After booking, we will contact you via email to finalize your event details and send an invoice based on your selected flavors and servings.

There is a $50 cancellation fee for any cancellations.

Note: We reserve the right to provide a larger cart or truck for logistical reasons but will never downgrade your reservation. You will be notified in advance if a change is necessary.

Our beautifully refurbished 1965 Ford delivery van, transformed into a charming ice cream truck, is a show-stopping addition to any event. Perfect for large public gatherings or private celebrations, this truck can serve up to 2,000 guests while still making a memorable impression at more intimate events.

With 9 classic and crowd-pleasing flavors always on board—vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, mint chip, cookie dough, rocky road, cookies & cream, dairy-free chocolate Oreo, and dairy-free strawberry—there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Your rental includes full service: setup, teardown, and one or two friendly scoopers dedicated to keeping your guests happy throughout the event.

Reservation Details
