The Story
of Stella's

Before Stella’s ever opened its doors, there was a love for adventure—and dessert. We traveled far and wide seeking out the best donuts, cookies, candies, and, of course, ice cream. From iconic spots to hidden gems, every sweet stop deepened our passion and sparked a dream: to create a space where people could gather, connect, and enjoy handcrafted desserts made with care.

That dream became reality in 2018 with the opening of Stella’s Ice Cream in downtown Nampa, Idaho—named after our beloved bulldog, Stella. What started as a simple shop quickly grew into a local favorite, known for small-batch ice cream, fresh-baked goods, and a welcoming, community-first spirit.

As our family has grown, so has our vision. Stella’s is more than a place to grab dessert—it’s a place to make memories, celebrate creativity, and serve all kinds with kindness.
